Abstract
An analysis of the temperature stability of the recirculation frequency f in a closed optoelectronic circuit based on an injection laser, a fiber-optic light guide, and an avalanche photodiode is made. It is established that in a circuit with an InGaAsP IL the temperature stability is higher than for an AlGaAs IL.
