Abstract
The conventional maximum torque of a steady-state fluid flow in a horizontal cylinder is chosen for determination of the relative moment of its steady rotation. Based on experimental data obtained with allowance for the similarity criteria of the fluid flow, three-parameter dependences of the cylinder torque are constructed. Its relation to the flow mode is considered.
