Abstract

In reviewing Lachenmeyer’s observations of the program in question, most of the problems he has discussed are acknowledged. The basic issue, however, is how to solve these problems. A discussion of program modifications made in light of these problems is presented. These changes are contrasted to the “easy” but unrealistic solutions proposed by Lachenmeyer.
