H-Iron Production by Alan Wood

Abstract

In April 1957, Journal of Metals published an account of the H-Iron pilot plant at Trenton. N.J. Here is the story of the first commercial H-Iron installation, the Alan Wood Steel plant for the production of iron powder. A second commercial unit is now under construction by Bethlehem Steel in southern California.
