Zusamenfassung

Vor kurzem wurde das große „Umweltgutachten 2000“ in Berlin der Bundesregierung überreicht. Frau Prof. Behrendt ist Mitglied des verantwortlichen Rates der Sachverständigen und leitet die Sektion „Umwelt- und Arbeitsmedizin“ der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Allergologie und klinische lmmunologie (DGAI). Sie war federführend bei dem Ende 1999 verfassten Sondergutachten zum Thema „Umwelt und Gesundheit“, in dem erstmals auch die Problematik von Allergien ausführlich dargestellt wurde.
