Zusammenfassung

Viele Patienten vermuten als Ursache ihres Übergewichts eine hormonelle Störung. Doch nur in wenigen Fällen dürfte eine endokrine Ursache für die Adipositas vorliegen. Dazu gehören die Schilddrüsenunterfunktion, ein Hypercortisolismus und das PCO-Syndrom.
