Zusammenfassung

Für die Therapie von Peniskarzinomen reicht die Datenlage je nach Tumorstadium von „dürftig“ bis „ohne jegliche Evidenz“. Daraus resultiert ein Spannungsfeld aus unbefriedigenden Leitlinien und individuellen Therapieversuchen. Eine Optimierung der Behandlungsstrategien ist daher dringend erforderlich.
