Zusammenfassung

Die männliche Inkontinenz nach Operationen in Beckenbodennähe zeigt von Patient zu Patient eine unterschiedliche Befundkonstellation. Ziel muss daher eine individuelle Behandlung sein, bei der Patientenwunsch und Erwartungshaltung, die funktionell-anatomische Ausgangssituation sowie das Therapiespektrum der Klinik in Einklang zu bringen sind.
