Zusammenfassung

Die Ejaculatio praecox (premature ejaculation, PE) ist die häufigste sexuelle Funktionsstörungen des Mannes. Da die genaue Ätiologie noch ungeklärt ist, gibt es bisher noch keine kausale Therapie. Die meisten pharmakologischen Therapien werden „off label“ eingesetzt. Seit kurzem ist zur Behandlung der PE Dapoxetin, ein kurz wirksamer SSRI, zugelassen.
