Zusammenfassung

Ein 68-jähriger Mann wird wegen einer starken Blutung aus der Nase morgens gegen zwei Uhr mit dem Rettungswagen in der Notaufnahme des Krankenhauses vorgestellt. Die Blutung besteht seit den Abendstunden. Zunächst war sie nur kurzzeitig und sistierte wieder. Dann trat sie erneut auf und wurde immer stärker, sodass der Patient den Notarzt rief.
