Damit Ihr Patient nicht Gefahr läuft, sein „zweitwichtigstes Organ“ zu verlieren, sollten Sie akute Hodenschmerzen als Notfall behandeln. Eile ist vor allem bei der Hodentorsion geboten. Hier kommt es bereits nach vier bis sechs Stunden zur kritischen Ischämie!
