Zusammenfassung
Eine 40-jährige Patientin stellt sich mit thora kalen Palpitationen vor. Aus der Vorgeschichte sind eine Pyelo nephritis und eine Anorexia nervosa während der Pubertät bekannt. Die Säurebasen-Analyse venöser Blutgase ergibt folgende Werte: pH 7,48, pCO2 58,5 mmHg, cHCO3 39,2 mmol/L, Hb 14,7 g/dl, K+ 2,7 mmol/l, Na+ 133 mmol/l, Ca2+ 1,11 mmol/l. Der Blutdruck beträgt 104/78 mmHg, der Puls 72/min. Im EKG finden sich SVES. Ein Urin-Stix ist zweifach positiv auf Eiweiß und einfach positiv auf Leukozyten.
