Wer ein Ulkus am Bein zur Abheilung bringen will, muss sich als erstes über die Ursache klar werden: Ist es arteriell, venös oder neuropathisch bedingt bzw. welche Komponente(n) stehen im Vordergrund? Unabhängig von der Ursache ist die Durchblutung essenziell für die Wundheilung. Wenn man dies nicht berücksichtigt, bekommt man eine Wunde nicht in den Griff.
