Zusammenfassung

Für die sogenannte Notfallkontrazeption nach ungeschütztem Geschlechtsverkehr ist der selektive Progesteronrezeptormodulator Ulipristal dem Gestagen Levonorgestrel überlegen. Er kann das Intervall einer erfolgversprechenden Anwendung auf bis zu fünf Tage verlängern.
