Zusammenfassung

Hinter schmerzenden Fingergelenken steckt meist eine rheumatische Erkrankung. Bei der Fingerpolyarthrose genügt schon die Blickdiagnose. Die Abklärung entzündlicher Gelenkerkrankungen erleichtern typische Gelenkbefallsmuster, Laborwerte und bildgebende Verfahren. Schwieriger wird es bei der Suche nach den Ursachen diffuser Fingerschwellungen und Schmerzen.
