Zur Behandlung des lokal begrenzten Prostatakarzinoms steht heute eine Vielzahl von Maßnahmen zur Verfügung. Sie reichen von einer aktiven Überwachung bis hin zur radikalen Prostatektomie. Entscheidend ist das Gespräch mit dem Patienten im Vorfeld, um die für ihn individuell richtige und medizinisch optimale Therapie festzulegen.
