Schilddrüsenknoten sind häufig. Wenn sie entdeckt werden, geht es in erster Linie darum, ein Karzinom auszuschließen bzw. eine mög-liche Autonomie zu identifizieren. Zunächst muss geklärt werden, ob eine Feinnadelaspirationszytologie nötig ist.
