Zusammenfassung

Während einer Oberbauchsonografie stoßen Sie auf eine Raumforderung in der Leber: Bei der Vielzahl der Möglichkeiten vom Hämangiom über die Fettverteilungsstörung bis zum HCC ist ein strukturiertes Vorgehen dringend angezeigt. Unser Beitrag zeigt, welche typischen B-Bild-Kriterien eine definitive Zuordnung erlauben, welche Zusatzinformationen der Power- Doppler liefert und wie bei unklaren Befunden eine Kontrastmittelsonografie zur Diagnose führen kann. Bleibt die Dignität weiterhin unsicher, ist die His tologie die diagnostische Ultima Ratio.
