Zusammenfassung

Chronische Wunden heilen auch bei optimaler Behandlung meist sehr langsam. Die Frustration hierüber führt wohl dazu, dass viele betroffene Patienten und auch Ärzte besonders empfänglich sind für alternative Methoden. Dabei reicht die Palette von der Sauerstofftherapie bis zum Einsatz von Fliegenmaden. Welchen Stellenwert haben die „Alternativen“ und wann ist ihr Einsatz gerechtfertigt?
