Ein 54 Jahre alter Patient verspürt nach Anheben eines Schrankes einen plötzlichen Rückenschmerz, der linksseitig bis in die Großzehe ausstrahlt. Mit dem Bild einer ausgeprägten Schwäche der Fuß- und Großzehenhebung und eines Stepperganges sucht er den Hausarzt auf.
