Bei relativ fitten 80- bis 90-Jährigen mit permanentem Vorhofflimmern wird eine Antikoagulation mit Warfarin besser vertragen und hat weniger Nebenwirkungen als täglich 300 mg Acetylsalicylsäure (ASS).
