Die Einführung eines Qualitätsmanagement-(QM-)Systems ist für Ärzte seit einiger Zeit verpflichtend. Systeme gibt es zuhauf, aber wie sieht es denn in Ihrer Praxis aus? Wurde bereits ein QM-System eingeführt? Wie viel Zeit und Geld hat das gekostet? Eine Umfrage unter rund 800 Ärzten und Zahnärzten, durchgeführt von der Stiftung Gesundheit, gibt interessante Einblicke.
