Zusammenfassung

Der Krebsinformationsdienst (KID) bietet aktuelle, geprüfte und verständliche Informationen zu krebsbezogenen Fragen am Telefon, im Internet und per E-Mail. Er ist heute zu einer festen Anlaufstelle für onkologische Patienten geworden. Rund 20 000 Anfragen von Patienten und Angehörigen werden jährlich beantwortet.
