Frühdiagnostik der rheumatoiden Arthritis

Zusammenfassung

Mit klassischen Röntgenaufnahmen werden rheumatische Prozesse erst spät nachgewiesen. Bei unauffälligem Röntgenbefund, aber suspekter Klinik kann eine Arthrosonografie dagegen schon zu Beginn der Erkrankung oberflächliche Knorpel- und Knochenveränderungen sichtbar machen. Damit ist der Weg für die heute geforderte frühestmögliche Behandlung frei.
