Zusammenfassung

Patienten, die aus einer psychotherapeutischen Klinik entlassen werden, kommen „draußen“ oft nicht auf Anhieb zurecht. Vor allem dann, wenn eine ambulante Anschlussbetreuung nicht nahtlos möglich ist. Eine mehrwöchige „Erhaltungstherapie per Internet-Chat“ kann diese Lücke schließen. Erste Studienergebnisse zeigen nicht nur deutliche Erfolge, sondern auch, dass das Angebot selbst von älteren PC-Neulingen sehr gut angenommen wird.
