Zusammenfassung

Von der Hernie bis zum Hodentumor reichen die differenzialdiagnostischen Möglichkeiten bei schmerzlosen Vergrößerungen des Skrotums. Oft lässt sich die Ursache bereits mit einfachen diagnostischen Mitteln wie Palpation, Auskultation oder Ultraschall klären. Aber Achtung: Beim geringsten Verdacht auf einen Tumor ist die Überweisung an den Facharzt ein Muss.
