Zusammenfassung

Diabetiker, die als Urlaubsziel einen Sandstrand am Meer wÄhlen, sind sich meist nicht bewusst, welcher besonderen Gefahr sie ihre Füße aussetzen. Unser Fallbericht zeigt, wie heißer Sand und Feuchtigkeit auf der einen Seite und eine diabetische Polyneuropathie und Mikroangiopathie auf der anderen den Füßen regelrecht Zunder geben können. Mit den richtigen Urlaubstipps können Sie Ihren Patienten solche Qualen ersparen.
