Ein 66-jähriger Mann stellt sich wegen einem Schluckauf in der Sprechstunde vor. Der Schluckauf besteht seit mehreren Wochen. Die Ehefrau gibt an, dass der Singultus während des Schlafens nicht auftritt. Erkrankungen oder andere Beschwerden sind bei ihm nicht bekannt.
