Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 63-jährigen Patienten entwickelte sich ein Jahr nach einer distalen ösophagusresektion eine tracheoösophageale Fistel. Da die Fistelöffnung weder mit Stentimplantation noch mit einseitigem OTSC-Clip geschlossen werden konnte, erfolgte ein zweiseitiger Verschluss mit einem speziellen OTSC-Clipsystem.
