Pulmonale Aspergillosen werden durch die Schimmelpilzgattung Aspergillus hervorgerufen. Abhängig vom Immunstatus ist ein breites Spektrum von Krankheitsmanifestationen möglich - von der einfachen Kolonisation bis zur lebensbedrohlichen gefäßinvasiven Infektion. In der folgenden Übersicht werden die vier wichtigsten Formen pulmonaler Aspergillosen mit den jeweiligen Behandlungsansätzen vorgestellt.
