Zusammenfassung

Interstitielle Lungenfibrosen sollten so früh wie möglich intensiv behandelt werden, um das Fortschreiten des Lungenfunktionsverlustes zu begrenzen. Während für die nicht spezifische interstitielle Pneumonie (NSIP) Prednison plus Azathioprin oder Cyclophosphamid ausreichen, bleibt bei der typischen interstitiellen Pneumonie (UIP) als Ultima Ratio oft nur die Transplantation.
