Ein kleiner Anteil der betroffenen Kinder und Jugendlichen bleibt trotz leitliniengerechter Therapie symptomatisch. Dann ist ein strukturiertes Herangehen sinnvoll, um Kinder mit schwer behandelbarem Asthma von Kindern mit schwerem therapieresistentem Asthma abzugrenzen.
