Der letzte Meilenstein in der Therapie des atopischen Ekzems (AE) war die Einführung der Calcineurininhibitoren im Jahr 2002. Seither hat sich trotzdem einiges getan. Die nachfolgende übersicht greift wichtige Entwicklungen der letzten Jahre zu verschiedenen Aspekten des Krankheitsbildes auf.
