Ein Neugeborenes behält aufgrund einer konnatalen B-Streptokokkeninfektion bleibende Schäden zurück. Das Oberlandesgericht Koblenz hatte die Frage zu klären, ob den verantwortlichen Mitarbeitern der Neugeborenenstation bei der Behandlung des kanpp 40 Stunden alten Säuglings Fehler unterlaufen waren.
