Ronald Maclennan Jamieson was graduated from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland, in 1964 with the degree of Doctor of Philosophy. He has been employed since that time by The Steel Company of Canada, Ltd. (STELCO), where he is currently a senior research engineer engaged in the development of high strength, low alloy plate and strip steels.
