Zusammenfassung
Expositionen gegenüber Gefahrstoffen sind in der Bauwirtschaft vielfältig. Staub, Zement und lösemittelhaltige Produkte sind ubiquitär vertreten und verursachen Erkrankungen der Haut und der Atemwege. Isocyanathaltige Produkte und Epoxidharze werden nicht selten eingesetzt. Im Rahmen von Altlastensanierungen sind die Beschäftigten gegenüber krebserzeugenden Stoffen wie beispielsweise polycyclisch aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen oder Asbest exponiert. Ein Problem stellt die toxikologische Bewertung komplexer Gemische bei unklaren Expositionsbedingungen dar.
