Kall Mukherjee received his M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois-Urbana. He is currently a Commissioner of the Engineering Manpower Commission of the American Association of Engineering Societies. Author of this annual feature since 1973, Dr. Mukherjee is also a member of TMS.
