Zusammenfassung

Organisch beschichtete Stahloberflächen sind insbesondere in der lebensmittelverarbeitenden Industrie, in Kühlhäusern oder Kühltruhen, dem Befall von Mikroorganismen ausgesetzt. Um antimikrobielle Beschichtungen effektiv einsetzen zu können, wurde in einem Forschungsprojekt das Biofilmwachstum auf metallisch und organisch beschichteten Stahlblechen untersucht.
