Abstract
Some things are simply natural and nothing special. But what if these things did not exist at all? We take the current financial crisis as an opportunity for a hypothetical question: How would the financial crisis have developed with- out any decent call center support? Will call centers perhaps become the true heroes of the financial crisis in the end?
