Abstract

The development of lithium-ion battery systems for automotive applications requires new test bench systems for development and production. SB LiMotive Germany GmbH, together with Robert Bosch GmbH and Scienlab electronic systems GmbH, has developed an integrated safety concept for testing lithium-ion battery systems. The safety concept and the test bench system have been realized using a scalable modular concept.
