Abstract

Electronic air suspension (EAS) systems equipped with adaptive shock absorbers help to defuse the classic conflict between comfort and handling. By networking chassis management units with brake systems, the performance of both chassis subsystems is boosted. More extensive networking offers considerable potential for the future.
