Abstract

Powerful storage units for electrical energy are essential for the introduction of future-oriented designs in the automotive sector. Conventional lead-acid batteries soon reach their limits here. Initial tests in vehicles have shown that UltraCap modules, in combination with lead-acid batteries, are a storage concept that meets all the requirements for the car of the future.
