Abstract
Aston Martin is using glass fibre reinforced composite bodysides for the company’s top-of-the-range V12 Vanquish, planned for production at Newport Pagnell, UK this year. The bodysides represent a breakthrough in manufacturing technology, offering a pioneering route for both structural and non-structural components for niche vehicles.
