Abstract

A fundamental challenge for designing the Human Machine Interface (HMI) is to make the operability and display of an increasing number of functions as easy as possible to manage for the driver. Functions should not additionally burden or distract the driver from his tasks. For a corresponding HMI design, Preh GmbH describes possibilities for using novel technologies in this paper.
