Abstract

During the last 15 years vehicle interior electronics have become far more powerful. This development is set to continue into the future as well. The networking of various systems in the car and even with other features outside the car, called connectivity, is already bringing a rapidly increasing amount of additional information flow. This Continental paper summarizes the current challenges and implications to the driver workplace and provides an outlook on what to expect over the next decade.
