Trockenabscheidung von Lack-Overspray

Zusammenfassung

Die Lackierung ist mit Abstand der energieintensivste Fertigungsschritt im Fahrzeugbau. Mit einem neuen System zur Trockenabscheidung von Lack-Overspray in Verbindung mit der Umluftführung der Kabinenluft kann der Energieverbrauch in der gesamten Lackiererei um bis zu 30 % vermindert werden — und sogar um bis zu 60 %, wenn man nur den Kabinenbereich betrachtet.
