Zusammenfassung

Bei der Lackierung von Autoanbauteilen sind häufige Farbwechsel unumgänglich. Dass sich die Kapazität der Lackieranlagen dennoch deutlich erhöhen lässt, zeigt die neue Anlage bei einem Automobil-Zulieferer. Dank einer intelligenten, molchfähigen Farbversorgung und leistungsfähiger Roboter ließ sich die Taktzeit erheblich reduzieren.
