Zahlreiche Anforderungen an moderne Verbrennungsmotoren führen zu Zielkonflikten zwischen Komfortanspruch, Leistungsdichte, Emissionen und Verbrauch. Mit dem innovativen, integrierten Ausgleichswellensystem des neuen Vierzylinder-Dieselmotors von BMW ist es gelungen, einen wesentlichen Anteil zur Erreichung dieser Anforderungen beizutragen.
