Die neue V12- und V16-Motorenbaureihe der Anglo Belgian Corporation

Zusammenfassung

Der belgische Motorenhersteller Anglo Belgian Corporation hat kürzlich eine neue Motorenbaureihe mit V12- und V16-Varianten in den Markt eingeführt, die ein deutlich erweitertes Spektrum an Motorleistungin den Anwendungsgebieten Schienenfahrzeuge, Schlepper und Seeschiffe sowie Stationäranwendungen bieten sollen. Die neue Baureihe baut auf Grundkomponenten der bereits etablierten Reihenmotoren 6 DZ und 8 DZ auf. In der Konstruktions- und Entwicklungsphase war die FEV Motorentechnik GmbH für Konstruktion und Berechnung der Motoren eingebunden. An der Universität Gent wurden ebenfalls Berechnungsarbeiten durchgeführt, sowie Prüfstandsuntersuchungen vorbereitet.
