Zusammenfassung

BMW und PSA haben zusammen eine vollständig neue Vierzylinder-Motorenbaureihe entwickelt [1]. Eines der Ziele dieser Kooperation war es, neben dem Erreichen bestmöglicher Werte bezüglich Leistung und Drehmoment den Kraftstoffverbrauch zu minimieren. Dayco wurde als Systemzulieferer für den kompletten vorderen Riementrieb gewählt und hat zusammen mit BMW und PSA eine innovative, modulare Lösung entwickelt.
